What the Loopium Institute does
Technology can increase the pace of work. It cannot choose the work that matters, create accountability, or make decisions for a leadership team. Those remain operating disciplines. The Loopium Institute develops practitioners who can run the loop: people who understand growth choices, AI-enabled workflows, operating cadence and evidence-based decision-making.
Certification
Three levels, each assessed on live work.
Certification attests that a practitioner has run part of the loop on a real mission to a defined standard. It is not awarded for attendance.
Level 2 · Lead
Installs a workflow
Rebuilds one workflow with AI in the loop, sets its control points, and reads a Pulse cycle.
Level 3 · Principal
Designs the slate
Runs a Growth64 slate selection and coaches others through the loop.
Loopium certification is not currently accredited by an external body. Any accreditation will be stated here with the accrediting body named.
Field research
Quarterly notes from the missions themselves.
Each quarter the Loopium Institute writes up what the missions showed: which cadences held, which workflows were worth rebuilding, where the binding constraints sat. Findings are labelled by evidence class, and client data is anonymised and aggregated.
