Who we are
This website is operated by Loopium. Loopium is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
- Mission outline form: name, organisation, role, email, optional phone, the outcome you describe, what is in the way, and your target timing.
- Insights subscription: your email address.
- Practitioner list: name, email, and optionally role and organisation.
- Analytics: only if you allow it, aggregated page-view data. See the cookie notice.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use enquiry details to reply to you and prepare a scoping conversation, on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We use subscription details to send the emails you asked for, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers: website hosting and form handling (Netlify), email (Zoho Mail), meeting scheduling (Cal.com). If we add analytics, it loads only with your consent and the provider is named in our cookie notice.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and subscription details until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@loopium.pro. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Security
Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored by our hosting provider with access limited to named Loopium staff.
