About

We run growth work as missions, and leave the cadence behind.

What is Loopium?

Loopium is a mission studio for growth operations. We turn a named business outcome into a focused mission, run it with your people on a fixed cadence, and leave the cadence behind.

What Loopium believes

Six working beliefs.

Work should produce results today and stronger capability tomorrow.

  1. Evidence over opinion

A move continues because the evidence says so, not because it has a sponsor.

  2. Loops over linear plans

Decide, install, run, learn, and go round again. Plans that only go forward stop matching the market.

  3. Small teams carry more than large programmes

A named owner and a small working team move faster than a steering committee.

  4. Knowledge compounds

What one mission learns should make the next one faster. So we write it down.

  5. Simplicity scales

One slate, one weekly review, one decision log. More instruments rarely mean more control.

  6. AI assists; people decide

AI raises the pace of work. Accountability for the decision stays with a named person.

What Loopium does

Four parts, one loop.

Who it is for

Leaders who own a growth outcome.

CEOs, founders, commercial directors, strategy, transformation, finance and operations leaders, and business-unit heads.

Loopium is built first for mid-market companies in East Africa, and for internationally ambitious companies of a similar size. They have growth ambitions, strategy documents, meetings, tools and AI experiments. What they usually lack is an operating cadence that turns priorities into owned decisions, measurable work and repeatable capability.

How we work with teams

Alongside, then out of the way.

  1. Your owner leads

An executive in your team owns the outcome and chairs the weekly review from week one.

  2. Your people do the work

Loopium designs, facilitates and builds with your team. We do not run a parallel project.

  3. Everything is written down

Slates, workflows, control points and decisions live in documents your team keeps.

  4. Ownership transfers on a date

By the end of the installation, your operators run the cadence. Continued support is optional.

Why mission-based

Because outcomes need edges.

A firm that works through bounded missions rather than open-ended projects. Each mission has a named outcome, an accountable client owner, a working team, a decision cadence and an end date, and leaves the cadence with the client.

Missions give both sides a clear test: did the outcome move, and can the team keep moving it? They also keep commitments small. Each module has its own scope, gate and price, and committing to one does not oblige the next.

15-minute scoping call

Bring one outcome.
We will help you decide whether it is a mission.

A 15-minute scoping call is enough to establish whether the work has a clear outcome, a workable team, and a cadence worth installing. If Loopium is not the right fit, we'll say so directly.
